How to generate named destinations in a PDF created by MS-Word 365

Hi All,

I use MS-Word 365 for writing my user guides and I save them as PDF using the "File | Save as" option. So I wander if there is a way to generate named destinations directly from Word in order to have them already present in the final PDF.

Also, I need to programmatically open the PDF from the command line, so I would like to know the proper syntax for this command.
