How to get "Create from HTML file" to wait for a javascript rendering to finish

I am using MathJax to render math in HTML files.  MathJax is a Javascript platform to implement TeX in HTML. THe script is referenced in the HTML file.

If I "print to PDF" from the browser the document is created fine with two issues: 1. href links don't survive in the PDF and 2.  The file is very large.

Using Acrobat Pro, I try to "create from file"  in order to have PDF links created.  The problem is that Acrobat does not wait until MathJax has rendered all the math.  Maybe 10% or 30% of the math is rendered but the rest appear as the unrendered TeX code.

Is there a way to get Acrobat to wait until a script has finished before producing the PDF?

Hi,

You will need to include some screenshots and the version of Acrobat and Operating System you are using to help us understand better your query.
