How to get rid of graph outlining in Adobe?

I clicked a few buttons simultaneously and then these cross sectional boxes are showing up in all of my PDFs. I was wondering what shortcut / keys to press to get rid of these boxes. See attached pictured. Screen Shot 2019-09-22 at 12.20.17 PM.png
