How to get the script work when the PDF form is opened by web browser?

I designed the form using JS and the genereated PDF form works well when open it by Adobe Pro, but when I opened the form by web browser, the script doesn't work. Please see below image for details:

In addition, there is another issue that the formatting of the checked is a spot, not a tick.

Sorry I am not clear the meaning of 'the developers of this PDF viewer', do you mean if I open the PDF via chrome, I should contact chrome's support?

If it uses Chrome's internal PDF plugin, then yes.

No, I just right click the PDF file, open with/choose chorme. Also, firefox and Edge have same issue.

Yes, if it's Chrome, report it to Chrome. If it's Edge, report it to Microsoft. (These are based on the same code, so you can expect a similar set of bugs). Once, Adobe made the PDF viewers for the major browsers, so they all worked much the same. But those days are finished.

LATEST

All of these browsers use their own (usually sub-par) PDF plugins. Bottom line is that if you want it to work properly don't open it in the browser. Save it and then open in Adobe Acrobat or Reader.
