How to include formulas in an attachment file referred to the parent file?

I have a main pdf including a header with some fields. I have included a link to an attachment set in the same pdf to be openned on some cases. The attachment is openned in a different window. I would like to set the header fields from the parent file also in the attachment so the user does not have to type again. Is it possible? Thanks a lot
