New Here ,
Jan 05, 2017 Jan 05, 2017

I own Serial Numbers for my Acrobat Pro 9 and Acrobat pro 9 Extended edition. I have recently needed to reinstall the extended edition version. I can only find my Acrobat Pro 9 disc. Can I use my extended edition serial number with the Pro 9 disc? If not how do I install Extended edition? I am currently installing on Windows 10 64-bit.

no, you need the extended installation files to install the extended version.  download the exe and 7z, place both in the same directory and double click the exe:

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

I click on links for extended version and get this error message:

i've never seen that for those links.  it could be because you're not logged-in to adobe.com, but that's something i only see for the prodesigntools.com links, or it could be because those are messages generated by your network and you're behind a firewall.

to solve the former, go here, Download Adobe CS4 and CS3 Free Trials – Direct Links (incl. AE) | ProDesignTools  and follow steps 1, 2 and 3 for downloading.  you don't need to actually download anything.  that will just set a cookie from adobe.com

then try downloading those files.
