How to make a pdf that has a digital signature when not sent through e-mail

Just to preface, I am very new to all of this. I am a telehealth counselor and do private practice through an online company that does all of the overhead. I have consent forms that I have to have the clients sign but we cannot do anything outside of the platform (i.e. my personal or work e-mail). There is no place to have standard forms ready to go, you have to send to each individual client. So we are told that we can attach the consent forms in the messaging area, they can print them out, complete by hand and then send back through the platform.

Is there a way to make the pdfs to where I can attach them there and they can download them and provide official digital signatures and then attach and send back through the platform without having to print? The only way I am seeing you can do this is through sending it through the email for digitial signatures option. Since I am new I'm betting there is something I'm missing. I am not allowed to send things to clients outsde of the platform so I can't use my work e-mail. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
