How to make form go across two pages

I've tried to find a solution for this but could not find anything, please let me know if you know somewhere where this has been explained. 

I have a two page spread that has a table and one of the colums is in the two pages. I need to create a writable form for the page but it won't let me expand a fiel across a second page. Please see image for reference.

And idea on how I can do this?
