How to make links created in Word documents work in combined PDF.

Hello, I have a question. 

If I have several word documents that contains links between each other and I will "combine" these documents and create one PDF file from them - is there any way how to make the links work between these documents but in the PDF file (not to be linked to the word file but to the same document in the combined PDF file)?
