How to merge 2 pdf files

I converted my eBook to PDF and created a cover which I downloaded in PDF format. How do I insert the cover page on my manuscript ?

Assuming you have Acrobat, you can drag the cover page from the Pages panel of that file to the Pages panel of the book file, and drop it at the top of the list. You can also use the File - Create - Combine Files into a Single PDF command.
