How to Move an Existing Bookmark

I've been given a very large PDF document to edit which has a number of existing bookmarks and sub bookmarks. 

I need to add some pages in to the document and need to move the bookmarks to correspond with these new "chapter" heading pages.

Please could you let me know how to do this?
