how to move the toolbars?

can someone please tell me how to move the toolbars? I want to reduce it from 2 rows to 1 row to save some vertical space on the screen. I'm using acrobat 11.0.23. Thanks

Not possible. You can hide both toolbars, but you can move the lower one to be a part of the top one.
