How to open a PDF attachment from Outlook when Acrobat is already open/showing a different PDF?

As the title says: Acrobat is already running, displaying some PDF file.

I open an Outlook email with attached PDF files and want one of them be opened in a 2nd tab.

There is already a thread titled:

"How to launch a 2nd session of Acrobat when 1st one is open in the background?"

However, that did not involve email attachments.

The option suggested there IS tagged, but I run into some DDE error.
