Hello,
I have a PDF file with 4 A4 pages.
I would like to print it in both sides (one complete page on each side)
As I want to create a binding at left of the first page, I would like to have a little margin at left on the first page, a little margin at right on the second page, etc ...
How to set this margin for all the 4 pages in order I can print with this margin ?
Problem : these 4 pages are coming from scan, and some pages have text not centered. So I would like to set this margin individually on each page before print.

Tools> Edit PDF> Edit, with the image selected, use the arrow keys to move it left or right.
A better way would be to place your scans into an InDesign page, where you can set the margins in the document setup, place and position your scans to the margin lines, then export to a new pdf.

So you advise me to use InDesign.
About the precedent InDesign screenshot you have made, I have three questions about "document setup"/"margins inside-outside" :
1) is it for each page individually or fo whole document ?
2) does the document adjusts itself in order to not overflow the page ?
3) how to see the result inside "document setup" ?

1) is it for each page individually or for the whole document ?
The margins for the document are for all pages, however, you can change the margins on individual pages, if needed, by selecting the page and going to Layout> Margins & Columns.
2) does the document adjusts itself in order to not overflow the page ?
No, the margins are just a visual guide. You can move and rotate placed images (your scans) until all copy is in a consistent position on all pages.
3) how to see the result inside "document setup" ?
View any page by selecting it (double click) in the Pages panel, there are two ways to view a page, Normal, where you will see the margins, and Preview, where the guides vanish. View> Screen mode (the shortcut is "w").

My goal is to work on individual pages.
Actually in Acrobat Pro, I select a page and go on "modify" tab at right, and select "modify" icon at top. Then I make "Ctrl A", so all elements on the page are selected, then I move all elements of the page to left or right in order to change the margin. Is it a good thing to do that in Acrobat Pro ?
Is it very different when using InDesign ? Is it better to use In Design to do that ?

You can use Acrobat to make your changes, or you can use InDesign, both can work equally well, I believe InDesign is a bit easier to use, it's your choice.

Is it possible to scan to PDF inside In Design ?

Or is it possible to scan from my scanner to InDesign ?

No, I don't think so.
Acrobat can convert a scanned image of text into live text (OCR), and you can then copy and paste this text into InDesign where it can be reformatted, but this is getting a bit off-topic from your original question and there is a pretty steep learning curve to become proficient with InDesign's many typesetting features.
