Hi everyone,

I have converted the Outlook emails into PDF Portfolio using Acrobat XI.

However, since Flash is end of life, it is unable to open these Flash-based portfolios.

Could you suggest how I can read/convert the existing PDF Portfolo using new Acrobat version or other tools?

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Joseph

Acrobat XI is also end of life, and has been for longer. Support for running without Flash only arrived in Acrobat mid 2020. Not sure what Acrobat DC can do with these Outlook archives.

You would be able to do it using Acrobat DC, but not Acrobat XI.

However, you can convert the files from a Portfolio to a simple PDF with all the original attachments using an external tool, like this (paid-for) one I've created: https://www.try67.com/tool/convert-portfolio-pdf-to-normal-pdf
