How to Read Out Loud in Acrobat Pro?

I've read the instructions for reader - but can't find anything for Pro. There is no "View" menu in Pro. Right now, I'm uploading all my PDFs to MS Edge to easily read them but since the default on my computer is to open them in Pro, I'd like to be able to read out loud. Pls if answering, put very detailed instructions - like exactly what to click that matches the default AAP settings (I haven't changed any). Thanks.

Click on Menu and select Disable New Acrobat.
