How to reduce PDF files in multiple subfolders

Hi, I use Acrobat Pro DC for Mac and I need to reduce the dimension of a lot of PDF stored in multiple subdirectories w/o to select the subfolders one to one.

Do you have some suggestions?

No, I want to reduce the file size. I normally use file-->save as other and it works fine, but I have to put in the dialog box the files to reduce one to one or use the function "select file", but there isn't a function "select a folder" as in OCR tool ...
