How to Register my Serial Number

I have to reinstall my Adobe Acrobat 2022, when I tried to register my serial number in my account, it said it has been used. But in my apps, when I clicked, e.g. EDIT option, it asked me to purchase a plan. So how do I register my serial number in my app? I am using the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat.
