Are you asking how to edit an email document that was exported to a PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro ?

As far as I am aware of, Adobe Acrobat Pro is a PDF viewer/reader and a PDF editor, not a web browser nor an Email Client program with anti-spamming filters.

As such, it is not a software that was designed to handle how emails are sent or received among computer/Internet users

(with or without attachments).

It is confusing trying to understand your question since there is no additional information that would help describe your exact issue.
