I don't know why my PDF documents are password protected when I didn't set it up that way? Also, how do I remove the password and prevent Adobe from saving my documents on Cloud?

Acrobat doesn't set a password unless you ask for it. What are you seeing? What messages? How do you make the files?

I use Combine Files and make one PDF file out of several pages. Some of the pages are fillable PDF forms which would be locked to the third party when I submit them. Sevel people informed me saying that my documents are password protecte, but I can see every info I entered.

Is it possible that you are placing the PDFs in a file directory that is read only?

Also look at the properties of the open PDF to see waht the Security tab has set for that open PDF.
