How to remove date from e-signature

How do you remove the date from the Adobe Signatures once a document has been signed?  We have the Acrobat Pro version, can this be done with this version?

If you mean a digital signature field, after clicking it select your signature profile and then select "Create New Appearance" under the "Appearance" drop-down:

In the next dialog make sure to untick the Date check-box:

And then save the new appearance and use it when signing the file:
