I am a newbie regarding Adobe products.I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
in order to remove text from a PDF file/document.
Unfortunately without results.
Therefore I wonder if anybody can provide some hints .
Thank you

Thank you for your information. So far I achieved to remove a unwanted
word.However, I noticed
that the word is replaced by a black bar.How can remove the word
without that
black bar ? Obviously I am missing something.
Thank you

You can change the fill color of the redaction markup to white. Right-click
it, select Properties and you'll see it there.

I decided to attach a screen shot in order to show you what I try to
achieve and what I have done
so far.
My goal is to eliminate the text "Rechtsanwaeltin down to Deutschland"
and leave a white blank ( not black )
I proceeded as follows: Tools ---> Redact -> Mark for Redaction --> Find
text
Problem 1) I cannot enter the complete text, only one line the time
Problem 2) I cannot get the text removed and have a white blank
Can you explain what I should do ( in a short step by step instruction )
I appreciate your help.
Note: I am a newbie and I realize that once you know it is very easy

1) Do you want to delete the text from multiple locations, or just one? I have no problem entering the full string into the "Search for" field in the Search window.
2) Create a redaction comment by hand, using the Mark for Redaction tool. Right-click it and select Properties.
Under Appearance change the "Redacted area fill color" to white. Tick the box at the bottom that says "Make Properties Default". Click OK.
Any redaction you create from that moment on will be in white instead of black.

PS. If you want to attach a screenshot you have to use the Insert Image icon from the forum itself. It won't work if you reply by email.
