How to revert back to a previous version of Adobe Acrobat?

My Adobe Acrobet automatically updated to the new version 23.006.20320 and I absolutely hate it! I wasted hours trying to send documents for signatures and it didn't permit me to do the things I used to be able to do. How do I revert back to the older version?

To go back to the old UI click the Options button at the top left corner (Windows) or open the View menu (Mac) and select Disable New Acrobat.
