how to save mail merge documents to individual PDF file depending on number of addresses in a row

Dear All,

Our excel looks like this:

I want that when i mail merge this document and save in PDF, it is saved as per number of addresses in each row.

Example: HIRA LAL SAV - has only one Address - so only PDF file is saved as - 5279800.pdf

In case of:

SURESH PRAJAPATI - has two addresses - So two PDF files are saved as - 7726741 (1).pdf and 7726741 (2).pdf

In case of:

SATYAVIR SHARMA - has three addresses - So three PDF files are saved as - 7093240 (1).pdf, 7093240 (2).pdf and 7093240 (3).pdf

And one consolidated file for printing where - for HIRA LAL SAV only 1 page, for SURESH PRAJAPATI 2 pages and SATYAVIR SHARMA - 3 pages (i.e. depending on addresses in each row for them) - so PDF consildated file for printing has in total 6 pages.

Please help its very urgent
