Stupid question I know.

I send documents to clients for review and unless they independently email their reply, I don't see their reply. That's because i don't know how to see the replies on the adobe system.

Is there an easy way of seeing JUST the replies from clients?

Many thanks

Terry

Thank you for reaching out.

As you share the document for review, ensure you use the correct method. Refer to the information provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/starting-pdf-review.html

Please let us know how you are sharing the files for review.

I click the yellow 'send for comments' and that works fine - the client receives the email and sees the document.

I've tried sending one to myself and have commented on it and when I open the document I can see the comment. However, nothing tells me that there IS a comment and I send a lot of documents out for review so unless I laboriously open every single document on a regular basis then I won't know tha tthere's a comment there somewhere. That doesn't seem a very efficient way of seeking comments and answering them.

Hi Terry27992531dqyl,

Thank you for the information.

In Acrobat, you get a notification when a recipient adds a comment in the PDF. Check the bell icon at the top right. If the red dot appears on the bell icon, click it to open new notifications.

You may also check the settings for the notification under the Edit menu > Preferences > Tracker.

Hope that answers your questions. Let us know if you still have questions.

Marking a reply or response “Correct” will help future users with the same issue quickly identify the correct answer.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
