How to send PDF for eSignatures in Acrobat Pro ?

Is it possile for me to send a document to person 1 for signature, then to person 2 for signature, and then send the completed/signed form to person 3?

Yes. You will need to send it to all individuals, and the form will be sent in a predefined order. So, if you need one signature before the other two, be sure that the first in line is the signature that you need first.

Using the Request Signature option in Acrobat Pro, you can add multiple recipients to get signatures on a single document. Add the recipients in the order you require a signature on the document. Once all the recipients have signed the document, you/the sender will receive the final document.

If you need to send the completed document to someone not part of the signature workflow, you can add their email address in the Add Cc field provided under the recipients list while sending the document. Check the Add Ccscreenshot below for reference:
