I make forms in Adobe Acrobat. Please help me, how to set number format like this: 5 456 544,00, 4 486,00 etc..
In Excel it's a format '# ##0,00'.
Please help.

Go to the properties of the text field. Click on format tab. From select format category, click number. Here you can select your desire number format.

But that format is not available in the list. It can only be applied using a script.

You can use the "Arbitrary Mask" under the "Special" format option.PDF form field properties, Adobe Acrobat

Actually, that's not the same thing. The arbitrary mask option forces the input to be in a specific pattern and specific length.
What they need is a generic Format script that could handle numbers of any length.

This is not a trivial coding task. If you want I can write for you the script that will do it, for a small fee.
