Hello,

Each time I create a blank page with Acrobat Pro, it is not A4.

Is it possible to have A4 automatically when I do "create PDF/blank page" ? How to do it ?

I don't want to use each time the preflight tool to convert to A4.

No, it can't be changed, but you can use a script to add a new menu item (or multiple items) that will create a new PDF file with any page size you want.

Are you adding to an existing document? If so, the an added Blank page will take the dimensions of the page that exists immediately before the location ponted to for the new page.

Suggestion: create a blank A4 page document and save it somewhere accessible. Instead of Insert > Blank page, use Insert > From File. It takes exactly the same amount of time.

But yes, it would be nice if they had a preference to set a default size for a Blank.

You should install the "New" plugin which is part of the (free) abracadabraTools: https://www.abracadabrapdf.net/?p=972
