Starting Wednesday of this week (08-02,2023) when I send a copy of a pdf via email Adobe auto fills an ad for mobile subscription as the first line of the email. It hasn't done this before ever. It's a bit annoying to have to delete a bunch of text before starting to type my email. Is there a setting to turn this off?

Hi @Bcmalorax
Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
So you are sending the file from your desktop application Adobe Acrobat/Reader via email? Can you share the exact workflow you perform?
Also, share the screenshot of the complete page where it auto-enters the message for the mobile app subscription.
Thanks,
Akanchha

Not on desktop. Myself and all of our sales team use iPads with acrobat app to edit and send estimate forms. Once the form is filled out we hit the three dots top right corner. Then send a copy. Then select email. When the email comes up it has already filled out " Edit, Sign and share PDF files on the go. Download Acrobat Reader for mobile: https://adobeacrobat.app.link/getApp" in the email body first few lines. We've been doing this since 2020 and it only just started auto filling.

Hopefully a resolution, otherwise it's annoying enough to warrant finding a different app. Pro accounts should have the option to remove the ad garbage
