How to stop having Acrobat pro display pdfs with a sepia/yellowish background

With a recent update, all my pdfs now appear with a sepia/yellowish background, when they were white. Someone probably thinks this reduces eye strain but not for everyone and it also distorts other colors being displayed. I can't for the life of me find a setting to turn it off. Related posts seem to be from 3 years ago.

Can you post a screenshot? And does this happen with all files, or just some?

 

One thing to try: Go to the application's Preferences, Accessibility tab and make sure that "Replace Document Colors" is not enabled.
