How to uninstall Adobe Acrobat DC when add remove programs fails

I have Adobe Acrobat DC installed on a user's machine.  I can't remove it. I'm getting an error "Error applying transforms.  Verify that the specified transform paths are valid."  

I have no interest in spending any time on this.  I want to nuke the install and re-install the app.

What's the solution for forcing Adobe Acrobat DC to uninstall?
