I'm having some problem with creating area's for people to sign in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
When I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for editing text, ... it works fine. But when I want to use Adobe Sign, it keeps on telling me to upgrate my license.
At this moment, I'm using a licenses granted by my organisation. I should have access to all the app (and so far it works. I can download photoshop, dreamweaver, ...)
Can anyone help me?
(The pictures are in dutch, sorry)
With regards,

Hey Hans,
Can you remember if you have installed your Acrobat in more than ine computer device?
You shouldn't be getting that message unless you were using before the 7 day free trial version and it expired.
Also, see if you can sign in with Acrobat using your AdobeID.
If you do have a current paid subscription of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and you can't sign in try bu going online here:
and check if you can actually sign in with your Adobe ID in the Adobe website.
If you're able to sign in, review your account plan, check if there are any discrepancies on oayments, cancellations, etc.
Also, if you scroll down to the very bottom of that page, verify if your active subscription is being used in more than two computer devices.
If you do see more than one computer device activated, remove those profiles and only leave active the computer device that you're currently using.
Even though it is possible to use your Acrobat Pro DC subscription in more than one computer device, you may have to get in the habbit ti remember to sign out completeley from one computer device in order to be able to sign onto another with the same AdobeID.
If you can confirm that none of this has anything to do with your issue, the talk to the IT department in your organization. It is possible that they may have to complete updates.
