I can't use the Adobe software anymore. The program keeps giving me a trail error even though I have an activated/paid subscription. This is utterly frustrating as I can't get any work done at the moment. I can't update my computer to a newer version because I have programs (I need for my Ph.D. work) that only work with El Capitan. How do I use the software that I paid for without updating my computer? Your immediate attention and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I called and was waited for over an hour for someone to answer just to be told to write my issues with the software here. What a huge waste of time! ðŸ˜
