Could you please confirm if you are opening the file on the desktop application or a mobile application?
Does this happen with a particular file? Is it saved locally on the machine or on the Document Cloud?
Try rebooting the machine and then check if that helps.
Thank you for your question, it is happening all the tile, when I receive a mail with pdf in attachment
I open it and then I want to save the pdf in my hard disk (I have an Apple Mac Pro).
If I am combining different pdf I am not allowed to save the combination.
If I am modifying the pdf, Acorbat does'nt allow me to save the modified file.
On the desktop appplication
I have restarted the MacBook Pro
I still face the same issue it's a real problem I am not in position to save my work !!!
It's always saying that the file has been open by somebody else !!!
I am professional writer in the medical field.
if I am not able to correct this bug, I shall cancel the Acrobat payment through PayPal and invest in a different software.
I have so far received no help from Adobe.
