I am working with a partner, she is unable to delete Adobe files

The partner says she is unable to delete different types of Adobe files. She says that even within the same document, it will not work then I'll close, reopen and then it will work.

Would you mind elaborating a bit more about the issue you are experiencing?

1. What is the application and the version you are using?
2. What happens when you try to delete the files? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.
   Also, a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue you are experiencing will be very helpful.
