Hi,

 

We apologize for the delay in response.

Looking at the screenshot given above, it seems that when you launch Acrobat DC, it throws an error: Acrobat PRO DC quit unexpectedly.

Here's an official help article  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-acrobat-pro-dc-quit-unexpectedly-when-trying-to-open-acrobat-on-mac.html please follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned in it. 

 

Let us know if it still doesn't work.
