I can't add images to pdf

Hello, I still get the error message "The selected image could not be converted and placed in the document". How can I solve it? JPG cannot be added to the PDF.

Are you getting this error with any JPEG images, or just one or a few from the same source? If it's just one or a few that all were created with the same application, I would assume that there is something wrong with the JPEG file. If it's all files, which version of Acrobat are you running?

There was a problem back in 2021 with the same symptoms, which was eventually fixed by an update to Acrobat. A workaround was to run Acrobat as administrator: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/can-t-add-image-to-pdf/m-p/10471916#M141539
