I had to fill out a doc using Adobe Acrobat and save it as a pdf in order to turn it in, but now that I'm done with it, no matter what it won't delete. I went to my creative cloud files on file explorer and also on the website and on the website it doesn't even show my files.

Hi,

You need to be more specific.

When you indicated "in order to turn it in", did you mean to say that the document was shared?

Or, Was it sent as an email attachment? Saved to another cloud space service (i.e. Sharepoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Dropbox... etc.) other than the Adobe Document Cloud?

Which brings me to my next observation.

If I am not mistaken, Adobe Acrobat doesn't produce content creation documents that are automatically uploaded and file-synchronized with the Creative Cloud.

Adobe Acrobat will, however, automatically cache a copy of your documents in the Adobe Document Cloud instead.

If that were the case, instead of using your operating system's file explorer, you may go online via web browser and sign in to your Document Cloud home space to verify if your shared files are there:

NOTE:

In order to delete a shared PDF file it must be unshared first.
