I Can't Delete Lines That I Create

I've only used the new version of Acrobat DC Pro a few times. At first, it seemed to work properly. Then, just recently, I found when using the "Comments" tool, I can create lines, but I can't delete or move them. I use Acrobat for marking up .pdfs for creating plans. I'll export a pdf file from the Sketchup Layout program and then mark them up, putting on dimensions, labels, arrows, lines, etc. But now I can't edit or delete a line that I create. I've deleted and reinstalled the program twice now. I can edit rectangles, cicles, text, but not lines. WTF? The program is useless to me unless this works. Attached is a copy of one of the files I've been working on.

Please help and I appreciate any assistance/advice given.

Thanks,

David
