Hi everybody.
I downloaded a PDF file from Ministry of Agriculture (In Romania), and i need to digitally sign it.
It's an interactive form and when I press the "Certificate tool" the "Digitally sign"option is grey.
Could you please help me?

Hi Emanuel,
We are sorry for the trouble. As described above, you are not able to digitally sign the PDF using certificates.
Would you mind sharing the application and the version you are using? Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Freeware) or Adobe Acrobat DC? To check the version of the application please use the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html)
Also, please check if the document signing is allowed under the document properties. Open the PDF and right click and select document properties.
We are here for help, just need more information.
Regards
Amal

My Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version is this.
And the security options of the file are these.
As you can see the "signing"options is allowed (semnare=signing, permis=allowed). Also, i tried following the steps from this link https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/fill-and-sign.html. But it didn't help.
Thank you for you time.

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing the information. it makes it much easier to understand the issue.
Do you have the digital ID created to sign the document with digital signature?
To sign a document with a certificate-based signature, you must obtain a digital ID or create a self-signed digital ID in Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
For detailed information about the digital signatures please refer to the help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/certificate-based-signatures.html)
Let us know how it goes
Regards
Amal
