I can't open the whole pdf. The bottom of the page didn't show up.

I received a scanned pdf. I can't open the whole pdf. The bottom of the page didn't show up. And there are many empty lines at the top of the page. Would you please tell me how to fix the problem?

Are you sure the scan isn't simply cut-off before the bottom of the page?
