I cancelled my subscription but did not receive a refund

Hi,

 

When I canceled my subscription on October 29, 2021 I was expecting to get a refund since my subscription had just auto renewed.  I don't need this service for my work any more and was hoping I could get my refund processed. PLease let me know what I have to do to get my refund.
