I cannot see the signature, which should be already be there

A PDF document has been signed by a colleague and to a second colleague to sign too. The second one signs and has sent the document to me. I cannot see both signatures in the document, but now i have 2 documents with 2 signs.

The second colleage sees both signatures.

I am using Adobe Reader, my colleagues Pro

Any ideas?

Hi i have solved it in the following way: The file with both signatures has been sent again via Teams, opened in browser, printed to pdf, saved on desktop and it worked!
