I cannot send pdf for esign. Says upgrade. We are using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ver: 2020.009.20074

The upgrade is for the Adobe Sign service, which is not the same as digitally signing a pdf locally.

That is strange because Adobe Sign was featured in the prior update.

I cannot send as well. Mine doesn't have the upgrade part, it's just blank.

Is this happening on a MS Windows 10 environment?

Also, was this working before with other of documents and all of a sudden this started happening?
