I couldn't use AI Assistant on Desktop. and Couldn't see AI Assistant on Mac and Web

I login my account.

I can see AI Assistant on Desktop, but when I ask AI a question, it show error.

The error is
We couldn't complete your request
You're not currently eligible for access to generative Al features in Acrobat.

or

We couldn't complete your request
Something went wrong. Please try again.

 

And I also couldn't see the AI Assistant on Mac and Web.

Hope you are doing well.

Please try to Signout and Sign in back to the Application and web, then try to use the AI feature. It will work.
(Sometimes What happens, when we Purchase a new plan/ have changed a plan, It won't be synched to our Application/ Web. We will have to signout and sign in back inorder for it to reflect).
