I don't want to use digital id

So, at some point I clicked the option to migrate to digital IDs for signing PDFs. I regret that decision.  I just want to be able to place a JPG of my signature in a PDF.  I don't want to digitally sign the document, but now any time I click the Fill & Sign button, I get a dialog box asking me to place my digital ID. How do I go back to being able to import my JPG of my signature to place on the page?

Hi Juliea,

You get an option to add digital signature only if there is a digital signature form field added to the document.

Would you please let us know if you experience the same behavior with every PDF you try to sign?

Please try once to open a PDF in the applicaiton which has no form field added to the document and then try using the Fill & Sign tool.

Check if you still get the same dialog box.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Meenakshi
