I dont know suddenly my menubar and taskbar has disappered.

Hi, pl. see the above screenshot, my Menubar and taskbar have disappeared. Please suggest how to fix it.

Welcome to the wonderful world of the new Acrobat UI, which Adobe imposes upon you without notification or warning, and which completely messes up the order and way in which things were done in this application for more than 20 years now. You're welcome!

But seriously, this terrible new UI can be disabled, luckily. Click the Options button at the top left corner (Windows) or open the View menu (Mac) and select Disable New Acrobat.
