I Downloaded Adobe Acrobat on new Macbook but no cloud files are showing

New Here ,

I just bought a new Macbook Pro and downloaded Adobe Acrobat onto it, for which I have a standard annual plan.

I was expecting that when I signed in, that my Adobe Cloud Storage files from my old Macbook would be an option on the sidebar, but it isn't there. I was signed in on my old laptop and my iPad, so I thought that it might be because I was already logged into 2 devices. So I logged out of my old laptop, closed the app on the new laptop and restarted it, but still nothing.

I can open the Adobe Acrobat app on my new laptop but it's just completely empty (screenshot attached) and Adobe Cloud Storage is not there

Also if I click on "Add File Storage", nothing happens. It's like the button is dead.

Thanks

@Tomas3312843457ph make sure you are logged into the right adobe account. I have two seprate accounts, and it's easily to get mixed up.
