I've been trying to download Adobe Acrobat for days but when it finishes and sends the message "Installation ready, adobe acrobat will start" the option to download Adobe Acrobat appears again in the Creative Cloud and its not in the finder or applications (like if I didn't download the program) I already made all the options that the website suggest but it didn't work, so now I'm paying a subscription that I cant use and its URGENT to edit a PDF with certain typography so I can't do it in the online version. HELP PLEASE

Hi Movida,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.
Please try to run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html) and reboot the machine.
Then try to install the application from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
Let us know if you still experience the issue.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
