I get a blank page rather than a form when trying to license Acrobat

Hello!

I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro back in 2017 (one time purchase) and it has been running on my MacBook Pro happily ever since. Now that I have a new MacBook Pro (M2 chip) I tried downloading from the https://account.adobe.com/products page but when I am requested to sign in with my Adobe ID I get a blank page rather than a form. I have tried deleting the OOBE file or modifying its permissions but nothing seems to work.

Please help!

Best wishes

Robert Owens

Finally solved it by creating a new adminstator on the mac, opening up Acrobat 2020 in the new administrator user.  The sign in window populated and I was able to complete the registation.  Thank you so much for your help.  Found the answer here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/acrobat-licensing-application-blank-screen/m-p/13013054#M367010.

Hi, I have successfully downloaded the .dmg file from the "products" page and have been told that the installation was successful when I went through the installation steps. Then, when I try and use Adobe Acrobat by clicking on the icon it requests that I sign in. But the screen is blank when I attempt to do so! Is this because the operating systems are slightly different versions, or that the chip is different or ... ?

Note: Pre-August 2019 versions of Acrobat, Acrobat 2017, and Acrobat 2015 applications cannot be licensed on macOS 10.15 Catalina and later versions. Adobe recommends customers updating their Acrobat, Acrobat 2017, or Acrobat 2015 to the latest release. To update from within the application, on the Help menu, choose Check for updates and follow onscreen instructions to complete the update process.

I have same problem, but I have Acrobat 2020.  Trying to put it on Mac OS 14.3.1 (Sonoma) on a new M3 Mac Pro

Thank you for your reply.  My Acrobat 2020 is a stand alone application.  I certainly don't want to work in the cloud.  All I want to do is reactivate my stand alone Acrobat

Thank you again.  Let me digest the link.  If I download the stand alone link, will my present registation number work on it.  Also, should I uninstall the present Acobat that I just downloaded from my account prior to reinstalling the new download. Thanks again

I just posted on the site, but I have a follow on question. I did download the stand alone link for MacOS 14.3. Earlier this AM, via my Adobe account, I downloaded what now looks to be an identical package installer. Same Modification date and same size. Do you think the download from the Prodesign tools site is actually different.

Thanks again

you posted on the wrong thread and that's caused miscommunication between us.

After removing the prevously downloaded Acrobat 2020, I reinstalled the stand alone package and again opened it up.  It started the Licensing application but I just get a blank screen to sign in.  See the attached screenshot captures. Thanks

I tried both Chrome and Safari. All up to date.  It does it seem that it gets to a web browser but rather stops at the blank screen in the Licensing Application.
